If you are the relaxing type, we also have a heated swimming pool (offered throughout the summer), natural hot springs and other comfortable ways to kick up them doggies and take a load off.

We are also close to the town of Steamboat Springs. Take the bus for free to where you will enjoy unique galleries, a pioneer museum, fine dining, a live theater and plenty of shopping!

Our pull through RV sites are made for all season conditions. We offer 50 Amp service at our sites, Cable TV (with charge), LP Gas (with charge). If you need to plug in and check your email visit our lobby and use our dataport. We also offer firewood (available with charge).

We also have fully furnished, winterized cabins available. They are located on the Yampa River and feature complimentary gorgeous views.
